Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Refundable Items

Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days with photos of the damage, and we will provide a replacement or refund.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
